The Incorporated Village of North Haven, Town of Southampton, County
of Suffolk, New York, in compliance with the Rehabilitation Act of 1983, 31
U.S.C. §§ 6701 through 6724, hereby establishes a Village policy
of nondiscrimination on the basis of handicapped status, specifically as in
the admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs and
activities by the physically handicapped.
