Boundaries.

The offshore jurisdiction limits are shown on the North Haven Village Waterways Chart and are as follows:
(a)
From mean low tide at the west end of the North Haven Bridge to the western boundary of the Sag Harbor Main Channel; north along this boundary to a point 1,500 feet from the North Haven shoreline (MLW);
(b)
Continuing along a line 1,500 feet from the shoreline (MLW) into Shelter Island Sound (north) and into Noyack Bay (west) to the bayward extension of the North Haven Village/Southampton Township boundary; south along this boundary to the Sag Harbor Cove shoreline (MLW);
(c)
Southerly along a line midway between the North Haven and Bay Point shorelines to a point 250 feet out from the North Haven shoreline into Sag Harbor Cove;
(d)
Along this line to the northern boundary of the Sag Harbor Cove Main Channel, returning to the west end of the North Haven Bridge (start point).

Fairways.
(a)
The ferry fairway is defined as including the waters from 250 feet offshore extending to the limits of North Haven Village bounding waters (1,500 feet or as shown). The start and end boundaries of the ferry fairway are:

The Genet Creek Fairway is defined as the bounds of the creek connecting out to the ferry fairway by the channel as shown on the waterways map.
(c)
The Cove Fairway starts southerly along a line midway between the North Haven and Bay Point shorelines to a point 250 feet out from the North Haven shoreline into Sag Harbor Cove. Along this line to the northern boundary of the Sag Harbor Cove Main Channel, returning to the west end of the North Haven Bridge.
