The provisions of this article shall apply except
when it is necessary to stop a vehicle to avoid conflict with other
traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or
official traffic control device.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule X, § 156-38, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XI, § 156-39, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XII, § 156-40, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
A.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule XIII, § 156-41, of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XIII, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
B.
The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited on all
highways in the Village between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. from November
1 to May 1.
No person shall stop a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XIV, § 156-42, of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XIV, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stand a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XV, § 156-43, of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XV, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule XVI, § 156-44, at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule XVI of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVI, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The locations described in Schedule XVII, § 156-45, attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as bus stops.
