Except where specifically provided elsewhere,
any person who shall violate any provision of the Code of the Village
of Plandome Heights shall be punishable for each day said violation
continues by a fine of not more than $250 or imprisonment for a period
not to exceed 15 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
