All fees required to be paid pursuant to this article shall be set by
resolution of the Town Board.
A certificate of insurance must be provided in the amount of $1,000,000
naming the Town of Wallkill as an additional insured if any alcohol is to
be served.
No buses will be allowed, except school buses carrying students to an
approved school outing or other Town of Wallkill approved program.
