There shall be a Parks & Recreation Advisory Board, appointed by the City Council, consisting of five members, all of whom shall reside within the municipality. The overlapping term of the members shall be for three years.
This is an advisory board, which may meet for regular and/or special meetings as needed and make recommendations to the City Council or to the City Manager regarding the use, development and operation of Lake El Reno, El Reno City parks, the El Reno Senior Citizens Center and other recreational facilities belonging to, or under the control, of the City, excluding the Crimson Creek Golf Course, and the promotion of recreation within the City.
