[HISTORY: Adopted by the City Council of the City of El Reno 9-1-1972 as Ch. 10 of the 1972 Code; amended in its entirety 9-2-2003 by Ord. No. 2966. Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]
The common boundary line between Ward 1 and Ward 2 shall begin at the center of the intersection of South Choctaw Avenue and Sunset Drive and extend westward on Sunset Drive to the center of its intersection with South Boynton Avenue.
The common boundary line between Ward 1 and Ward 4 shall begin at the center of the intersection of Sunset Drive and South Boynton Avenue and extend southward on South Boynton Avenue to the center of its intersection with West Elm Street; thence, said boundary shall extend eastward to the center of the intersection of West Elm Street and South Choctaw Avenue.
The common boundary line between Ward 2 and Ward 3 shall begin at the center of the intersection of South Choctaw Avenue and West Wade Street and extend northward on Choctaw Avenue to the center of its intersection with West Foreman Road; thence, said boundary shall extend eastward on Foreman Road to a point 33 feet west of the center of the intersection of East Foreman Road and North Evans Road.
The common boundary line between Ward 3 and Ward 4 shall begin at the center of the intersection of South Choctaw Avenue and West Elm Street and extend southward on Choctaw Avenue to the center of its intersection with Odell Street; thence, said boundary shall extend westward on Odell Street to the center of its intersection with South Jensen Avenue; thence, said boundary shall extend southward on South Jensen Avenue to the center of its intersection with Amity Lane; thence, said boundary shall extend westward on Amity Lane to the center of its intersection with South Miles Avenue; thence, said boundary shall extend southward on South Miles Avenue to the center of its intersection with SW 27th Street; thence, said boundary shall extend westward on SW 27th Street to the center of its intersection with South Country Club Road; thence, said boundary shall extend southward on South Country Club Road to the center of its intersection with West Jensen Road; thence, said boundary shall extend westward along West Jensen Road to the City limits.
The common boundary line between Ward 1 and Ward 3 shall begin at the center of the intersection of South Choctaw Avenue and West Russell Street and extend eastward on Russell Street to its intersection with South Roberts Avenue; thence, said boundary shall extend southward to the center of the intersection of South Roberts Avenue and East Watts Street; thence, said boundary shall extend eastward to the center of the intersection of East Watts Street and South Shepard Avenue; thence, said boundary shall extend southward along the center of South Shepard Avenue to the center of its intersection with East Elm Street; thence, said boundary shall extend westward to the center of the intersection of West Elm Street and South Choctaw Avenue.

The common boundary line between Ward 2 and Ward 4 shall begin at the center of the intersection of South Country Club Road and Sunset Drive and extend westward along the west side of Country Club Road to Parkview Drive; then travel west along the north side of Parkview Drive to Babcock Drive and continue west along the north side of Babcock Drive to Melone Drive; then continue west along the north side of Melone Drive to Reformatory Road; said boundary shall extend southward and westward on South Reformatory Road to its intersection with West Elm Street; thence, said boundary shall extend westward on West Elm Street to the City limits.
A. 
Absentee ballots shall be provided for any City election conducted by the Canadian County Election Board.
B. 
Absentee ballots shall be prescribed and utilized as established by the Oklahoma State Constitution and law.
