§ 275-106 Manufacture, sale and use.

It shall be unlawful for any person to manufacture, sell, furnish, display, or use or discharge any fireworks within the City limits; provided that supervised public displays of fireworks are hereby authorized subject to the provisions of Article 13 of the Fire Prevention Code adopted by Chapter 189, Article IV. It shall be unlawful to possess any fireworks within the City limits, except for the transport of any fireworks in their unopened original packaging in a motor vehicle.
