A special fund known as the "Alcohol Prevention
Awareness Fund" is hereby established.
Allocations of this fund are to come from all
fines imposed on liquor establishments by the Pawtucket Liquor Control
Board.

The purpose of this fund is solely to provide
various alcohol prevention awareness programs and to pay any City
expenses for City Council requested liquor control activities.
The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
to open a special account to carry out the purpose of this article.
The Director of Finance is empowered to invest
all moneys contained in this fund, and moneys gained from such investment
shall be deposited into this fund.
All funds withdrawn from this fund must be approved
by the City Council.
