In the event that any person or persons are
apprehended within the confines of a cemetery after the hour set for
closing (4:00 p.m.), the fine shall be doubled and, in the event that
they are caught in the act of vandalism (mutilating, destroying, disfiguring
or dislocating any monument), they shall be fined in the amount of
$100.
