A. 
The Town Board of the Town of Albion in its desire to establish and preserve a high degree of professionalism, fairness and customer service recognizes the need to establish a guideline for the possession, use and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages by Town employees, Town elected officials and/or appointed personnel; and
B. 
Any employee, elected Town of Albion official or any other party affiliated with the Town of Albion is discouraged from possessing in his/her personal vehicle on Town of Albion property any alcoholic beverage.
No alcoholic beverage shall be brought onto the grounds and/or property owned or controlled by the Town of Albion, nor shall any alcoholic beverage be carried in any vehicle owned by the Town of Albion or insured in the Municipality's name.
