There shall be a returned check service charge
of $20 imposed on any account in which the check has been returned
for insufficient funds, closed accounts, etc., and said amount will
be applied to the proper sewer account.

If a customer submits more than two checks within 12 consecutive
months that do not clear from the bank, the Authority Secretary/Treasurer
is authorized to not accept a personal check as payment from said
customer
