The use of the bathhouse and swimming pool facilities of the
North End Pavilion and the South End Pavilion in the Borough shall
be for the use of residents of the Borough of Spring Lake only. Guest
privileges are restricted to daily and seasonal bathhouses. Guests
must be registered by the lessee in person. Failure to comply with
this requirements shall result in the cancellation of the lessee's
privileges without refund.
The applicant for permission to use the facilities of the North
End Pavilion and the South End Pavilion shall sign an application
which shall contain such provisions as may be established by the Mayor
and Council. The applicant waives all liability on the part of the
Borough by reason of any injury, loss or damage while on the beachfront,
bathing beaches, boardwalk or in the waters adjacent thereto and agrees
to abide by all of the provisions of this article and the rules and
regulations promulgated thereunder.
The charges for the use of bathing facilities at the North End
Pavilion and the South End Pavilion of the Borough of Spring Lake
for persons six years of age and older during the bathing season shall
be in accordance with the following schedule:
A.
Season rates.
(1)
Deluxe shower house at South End Pavilion (for family of five or
less) including pool and beach privileges: $775.
(2)
Each person exceeding the first five persons in a deluxe shower house
who are 12 years of age and over: $155.
(3)
Each person exceeding the first five persons in a deluxe shower house
who are six years of age and under 12 years of age: $94.
(4)
Shower house at South End Pavilion (for family of five or less) including
pool and beach privileges: $660.
(5)
Each person exceeding the first five persons in a shower house who
are 12 years of age and over: $132.
(6)
Each person exceeding the first five persons in a shower house who
are six years of age and under 12 years of age: $87.
(7)
Regular bathhouse at North End Pavilion or South End Pavilion (for
family of five persons) in a regular bathhouse who are 12 years of
age and over: $575.
(8)
Each person exceeding the first five persons in a regular bathhouse
who are 12 years of age and over: $115.
(9)
Each person exceeding the first five persons in a regular bathhouse
who are six years of age and under 12 years of age: $80.
(10)
Senior residents, 65 years and over, season pool privileges
only: $42.
(11)
If available, monthly regular bathhouse at North End Pavilion
or South End Pavilion (for family of five or less) including pool
and beach privileges: $330.
(12)
Each person exceeding the first five persons in the monthly
regular bathhouse who are 12 years of age and over: $66.
(13)
Each person exceeding the first five persons in the monthly
regular bathhouse who are six years of age and under 12 years of age:
$45.
(14)
Single guest per day (guest of registrant): $11.
(15)
Replacement of seasonal badges: $35.
B.
Daily rates.
(1)
Single daily admission to North End Pavilion and South End Pavilion
with bathhouse (if available), including pool and beach privileges,
per person:

Over 12 years of age: $15.
(3)
Children between the ages of six and 12: $5.
(4)
Children under six years of age when accompanied by an adult: No
charge.
A.
Borough pools may remain open for use from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
daily during the months of July and August at the discretion of the
Beach Manager or Pool Manager.

B.
The use of the Pavilion pools during the aforesaid times shall be
for the members of the South End and the North End Bathing Pavilions.
However, the bathhouses shall not be open for use and those members
of both pavilions who wish to use the pool during the aforesaid times
must come dressed in swimsuits and further, must display their proper
badges.
The allocation to the Beach Utility Account for charges for
the use of the bathhouses at the North End Pavilion and the South
End Pavilion shall be as follows:
