In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140.1 et seq., there be and is hereby created the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Township of West Amwell, Hunterdon County, New Jersey.
The term of said Chief Financial Officer shall be for a period of four years beginning January 1 of the year of the appointment.

The salary and compensation of the Chief Financial Officer shall be fixed and determined by the governing body at the beginning of said term on January 1 of each year.
