Township of West Amwell, NJ Article X Chief Financial Officer

§ 33-36 Position created.

In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140.1 et seq., there be and is hereby created the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Township of West Amwell, Hunterdon County, New Jersey.

§ 33-37 Term of office. [1]

The term of said Chief Financial Officer shall be for a period of four years beginning January 1 of the year of the appointment.

§ 33-38 Compensation.

The salary and compensation of the Chief Financial Officer shall be fixed and determined by the governing body at the beginning of said term on January 1 of each year.

§ 33-39 Powers and duties.

The powers and duties of said Chief Financial Officer shall be as provided by law and local ordinance.
