§ 87-1 Commission created; powers.

Pursuant to Public Act No. 18 of the Extra Session of 1933, as amended,[1] a commission is hereby created in and for the City of Royal Oak, Michigan, to be known as the "Royal Oak Housing Commission," possessing the power to effectuate the purposes of said Public Act.

§ 87-2 Appointments.

The chief administrative officer of the said City of Royal Oak is hereby directed to appoint the members of the said Royal Oak Housing Commission as soon as possible after this article shall take effect.
