The Zoning Officer is charged with the primary
duty of enforcement of this chapter. Any resident of the Borough may
bring a proceeding in Municipal Court alleging a violation of this
chapter, including nonpayment of fees, escrows, inspection fees or
other costs. This chapter may also be enforced by the Borough Manager
by instituting a proceeding in the Municipal Court alleging a violation
of this chapter.
All development in Medford Lakes shall comply
with all applicable standards and procedures of this Part 1 as well
as all applicable standards and procedures of Part 2, Site Plan; Part
3, Subdivision of Land; and Part 4, Design Standards, and the administrative
procedures and fees of the Borough.
This Part 1 shall take effect immediately upon
final passage and publication as provided by law and the filing of
a copy of it with the Burlington County Planning Board.
