The Incorporated Village of Elmira Heights is
divided into the following seven districts:

The location and boundaries of these districts
are established as shown on the attached Zoning Map of the Village
of Elmira Heights. The Zoning Map is hereby made a part of this chapter.[1]

If uncertainty exists as to the boundary of
any district shown on the Zoning Map, the Board of Appeals shall determine
the location of such boundary.
