§ 81-1 Fees established. [Amended 4-19-2010 by L.L. No. 4-2010]All nonrefundable application fees shall be in an amount set forth in a fee schedule which may be amended from time to time by resolution of the Village Board of Trustees.[1][1]Editor's Note: The fee schedule is on file in the Village offices.
§ 81-2 Period of effectiveness. Said fees shall remain in effect until further amendment by Board of Trustees resolution.[1][1]Editor's Note: Former § 81-3, Schedule A, which immediately followed this section, was repealed 4-19-2010 by L.L. No. 4-2010.
