The City of Jamestown shall be divided into six wards, as follows:

College Ward I. Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Pleasantview Drive with the center line of Marvin Parkway, being the northerly boundary of Jamestown, running thence southerly along the center line of Pleasantview Drive to the center line of Buffalo Street; thence easterly along the center line of Buffalo Street to the center line of Thayer Street; thence southerly along the center line of Thayer Street to the center line of Newton Avenue; thence westerly along the center line of Newton Avenue to the center line of Sturges Street; thence southerly along the center line of Sturges Street to the center line of Price Street; thence westerly along the center line of Price Street to the center line of Winsor Street; thence southerly along the center line of Winsor Street to the center line of Allen Street; thence northeasterly along the center line of Allen Street to the center line of Scioto Street; thence easterly along the center line of Scioto Street to the center line of Eagle Street; thence southerly along the center line of Eagle Street to the center line of Willard Street; thence easterly along the center line of Willard Street to the easterly boundary of Jamestown; thence northerly along the east boundary of Jamestown to the north boundary line of Jamestown; thence westerly along the north boundary line of Jamestown to the place of beginning.
