Between adjacent intersections, at which traffic
control signals are in operation, pedestrians shall not cross at any
place except in a crosswalk. An alley is not an intersection within
the meaning of this section.
When crossing at an intersection at which traffic
control signals are provided and in operation, pedestrians shall cross
only when the green light shall show in the direction from which they
are proceeding and shall have the right of way during such crossing
over all motor vehicles until they shall have reached the opposite
curb.
