A building may be erected, altered or used,
and a lot may be used or occupied for any of the following purposes,
and no other:
A. Any use permitted by right in the R-1 District.
B. The following uses when authorized as a conditional use by the Board of Supervisors subject to §
200-116 of this chapter:
(1) Educational or religious use.
(3) Adaptive reuse for historic preservation where indicated as a use subject to approval by the Board of Supervisors as a conditional use in accordance with §
200-72.1.

(4) Short-term rental subject to the criteria in §

C. Any accessory use permitted in the R-1 District.
