The purpose of this Article is to promote the
health, safety and general welfare of the community by facilitating
snow removal upon town highways and rights-of-way during the winter
months and permitting the free flow and safe passage of vehicular
traffic on town highways during the winter months.
The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited
on all town highways from November 15 through and including April
15.
