A.
Off-street parking spaces shall be provided and satisfactorily maintained by the owner of the property for each building, structure or premises which shall hereafter be erected, enlarged or altered for use for any of the following purposes:
(1)
One-family and two-family dwellings: one parking space for each dwelling unit.
(2)
Theaters or any public assembly area, including churches, schools, colleges and universities, with fixed seats: one parking space for each three seats provided, based on maximum seating capacity.
(3)
Any public assembly area without fixed seats: one parking space for each 50 square feet of total floor area.
(4)
Elementary schools: one parking space for each classroom and one parking space for every 50 square feet of assembly floor area, plus sufficient off-street space for the safe and convenient loading and unloading of students.
(5)
Office buildings: one parking space for each 150 square feet of office floor area.
(6)
Restaurants: one parking space for each three seats provided for patrons, based on maximum seating capacity.
(7)
Retail stores: one parking space for each 150 square feet of total floor area.
(8)
Industrial or manufacturing establishments: one parking space for each two employees, computed on the basis of the greatest number of persons to be employed at peak employment, but in no case less than one parking space for each 300 square feet of total floor area.
(9)
Any commercial or business use not otherwise expressly provided for: one parking space for each 200 square feet of total floor area.
(10)
In PRC District, 11/2 parking spaces per dwelling unit.

B.
In the case of mixed uses, the parking spaces required shall be the sum of the requirements for the various individual uses computed separately; parking facilities for one use shall not be considered as providing the required parking facilities for any other use.
