Pursuant to Article 9-A of the General Municipal Law, the Games of Chance Licensing Law of the Town of Colonie henceforth shall be and hereby is declared to be operative in the Village of Menands, and the issuance of licenses by the Town of Colonie for games of chance in the Village is hereby authorized; subject, however, to a permissive referendum hereon as provided in Article 9 of the Village Law.
