Village of Menands, NY Article IX Parking of Vehicles on Certain Streets Restricted

§ 160-54 East side of Broadway.

The parking of vehicles on the east side of Broadway from the northerly line of property owned by Northeast White Tower, Inc., south to the City of Albany for a period of longer than one hour is hereby prohibited.

§ 160-55 West side of Broadway.

The parking of vehicles on the west side of Broadway from the northerly boundary of property owned by Montgomery-Ward to the City of Albany is hereby prohibited.

§ 160-56 Penalties for offenses.

Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 160-54 and 160-55 of this article shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $25 and the cost of the proceedings.
