[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Niskayuna 10-5-1971. Amendments noted where applicable.]
Pursuant to and subject to the provisions of Article 14-H of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York and the provisions of the Bingo Control Law of said state,[1] it shall be lawful for any authorized organizations, upon obtaining a license therefor as provided for in said Article 14-H, to conduct the game of bingo within the territorial limits of the Town of Niskayuna, Schenectady County, New York.

This chapter shall take effect after approval by a majority of electors of the Town of Niskayuna, as provided for in said Article 14-H,[1] and after publication and posting as provided for in § 133 of the Town Law.
