[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Supervisors (now Board of Representatives)
of Tompkins County 12-3-1985 by L.L. No. 8-1985. Amendments noted where applicable.]
Local Law No. 1-1983 entitled "Declaration that the County of Tompkins
will not enforce the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code,"
adopted December 20, 1993, is hereby repealed.
It is the intention of the County of Tompkins to enforce the provisions
of the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code on its own
buildings and structures.
