Every person, firm or corporation owning, managing, conducting
or operating a dwelling unit for which rent or other remuneration
is received shall be required to issue a current report to the Borough
of Lansdowne upon a form supplied by the Borough listing the names
and addresses of the tenants occupying each dwelling unit. This report
shall be filed with the Tax Collector of the Borough of Lansdowne
before January 10 of each year, with the first report due January
10, 1987. Further, each such person, firm or corporation shall notify
the Tax Collector of the Borough of Lansdowne each time the tenants
change with respect to a dwelling unit. This notification shall include
the name and address of the new tenant(s) along with the date the
occupancy of such tenant(s) shall commence. This notification of change
in tenant must be made at least 72 hours before the new tenant or
tenants occupy the dwelling unit.

Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall, upon
conviction thereof before a Magisterial District Judge, be subject
to a fine of not more than $600 and costs of prosecution for each
violation thereof and, in default of payment of such fine and costs,
shall be subject to imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
