The following provisions relate to all articles in this chapter: The owner, general contractor, subcontractor and material supplier and the person or persons directly responsible for any damage or injury to private or public property or right-of-way or any violation of any provision of this chapter and all other ordinances incorporated herein by reference shall be jointly and severally liable for any and all damage or injury and for the violation of this chapter. Any damage or violation caused to private or public property or right of way shall be repaired, replaced, made good or otherwise corrected as soon as possible, and any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall cease immediately.[1]
