It is hereby prohibited for any person, individual, firm, corporation,
association, partnership and/or other legal entity to store firewood in the
open area of any property within the Borough of Mount Oliver unless the same
is stored at least twelve (12) inches above the ground level of said property.
Any person, individual, firm, corporation, association, partnership
and/or other legal entity who shall violate the provisions of this chapter
shall, upon conviction before any District Justice legally empowered to hear
such matter, be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.)
or, in default thereof, be imprisoned for a period not exceeding thirty (30)
days. Each day's failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall
constitute a separate violation hereof.
