A.
There
shall be a Department of Engineering.
B.
A
City Engineer may be appointed by and serve under the direction of
the City Manager, and/or the City Manager may appoint a New York State-licensed
and qualified engineer or firm as needed to perform engineering work
required by the City.
C.
Minimum
qualifications, job description and duties of the position of City
Engineer shall be established by the St. Lawrence County Human Resources
Department.
