A.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall
be guilty of a violation and shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject
to:
(1)
A fine of not less than $50 nor more than $350, and must provide
proof of a valid dog license. Each day of continued violation is a
separate and distinct offense.
B.
Additionally, any dog may be ordered by the court to be permanently
removed from the City of Ogdensburg after a third violation of this
chapter within a six-month period.
