No person shall park a recreational vehicle on any public street or public property between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. without said vehicle displaying a validly issued permit pursuant to § 209-59E of this Code. "Recreation vehicle" means any trailer, camper trailer, boat and trailer, camper, mobile home, motor home, bus or similar vehicle.
The Chief of Police shall issue a permit for overnight parking of
a recreational vehicle to any vehicle registrant. The vehicle must
remain in excess of 50 feet from any crosswalk. The permit shall state
the address of the registrant and shall state: "OVERNIGHT RECREATIONAL
VEHICLE PARKING PERMIT."
