Any person, firm or corporation violating any
of the provisions of this chapter or of any permit issued hereunder
in such manner as to result in a revocation of an issued permit shall
be liable to the Township of Boonton for all costs incurred in restoring
the premises affected by the soil disturbance operation, to a safe
and sightly condition, including the grading and planting of such
land, such costs to include legal, engineering and operating costs
pertinent to obtaining access to the land and completing the restoration
of the land, and by such violation shall grant to the Township of
Boonton and its duly designated agents the right to enter upon the
land for the purpose of restoring the same and to pay the costs thereof
from the cash deposited with the Township of Boonton.
