The members of the County's Vacant Property Review Committee shall be appointed as follows:
A. 
One member appointed by the Allegheny County Executive;
B. 
One member of County Council appointed by said body;
C. 
One member of the Allegheny County Department of Economic Development's Housing Division, appointed by the Director of the Allegheny County Department of Economic Development;
D. 
One member of the Allegheny County Department of Economic Development's Planning Division appointed by the Director of the Allegheny County Department of Economic Development;
E. 
One member appointed by the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County Board;
F. 
One member appointed by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development; and
G. 
One member appointed by the Allegheny County Health Department, through its Director.
