In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-10, the Municipal Council of the City of Clifton will enter into a joint purchasing agreement with the Clifton Board of Education of the City of Clifton, in a form approved by the Law Department of the City of Clifton, providing for the joint purchase of the following work, materials and supplies for use by their respective jurisdictions:

General office supplies.
(3)
Janitorial supplies.
(4)
Plumbing supplies.
(5)
Carpenters' supplies.
(6)
Electricians' supplies.
(7)
Athletic equipment.
(8)
Custodial waxes and cleaners.
(9)
Office supplies; mimeograph paper and supplies.
(10)
Printed forms.
(11)
Paint and paint supplies.
(12)
Custodial uniforms.
(13)
Uniform rentals.
(14)
Boiler repairs.
(15)
Vehicles.
(16)
Photo equipment.
(17)
Lumber and building supplies.
(18)
Infield topping.
(19)
Fertilizer, lime and seed.

Data processing.
(21)
Rock salt.
(22)
Sod.
(23)
Fencing.

Paving.

Arts and crafts.

Road repair and maintenance.
