The nondepartmental boards and agencies shall be:

Environmental Committee.

Development Committee.
C. 
Community Development Committee.
D. 
Rent Leveling Board.
E. 
Accident and Incident.
F. 
Planning Board.
G. 
Zoning Board of Adjustment (Council appointment).
H. 
Recreation Committee.
I. 
Advisory Board of Health.
J. 
Board of Assistance.
K. 
Library Board.
L. 
Cultural Arts.
M. 
Ethics Board.
N. 
Traffic Safety Committee.
O. 
Heritage Day Committee.
Nonstatutory boards, agencies and commissions shall be advisory to the Council, the Mayor, Administrator and/or Township departments as appropriate, and shall be provided staff assistance, with the approval of the Administrator, when available within appropriate funds. A member of the Council may be appointed to each advisory board.
