For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
An impermissible unit which is rented or offered for rent for dwelling purposes for one (1) or more tenants or family units.
A residential unit which is:
A residential unit for which no certificate of occupancy has been issued;
A residential unit which is in excess of the number of such units for a particular building or zone according to the Zoning and Land Development Ordinance;[1] or
A residential unit which was created without the required plumbing, electrical or building permits.
A single dwelling unit providing living facilities for one (1) or more persons, said unit having provisions for any of the following: sleeping, cooking and/or sanitation.
