No promoter granted a license under this chapter shall permit
upon the site named therein:
A.
Any gambling;
B.
Any sale of obscene literature, pictures, film or other objects;
C.
Any indecent, immoral or lewd act or performance;
D.
Any musical entertainment before 9:00 a.m. or after 11:00 p.m. Sunday
through Thursday, and before 9:00 a.m. or after 1:00 a.m. Friday and
Saturday; or

E.
Any unreasonable noise or conduct such as would constitute the offense
of disorderly conduct under the provisions of 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 5503.
