Subject to the exceptions described below, it shall be unlawful for any person to enter or remain on any Township park or recreational facility during the time periods established from time to time by resolution of the Forks Township Board of Supervisors. When such a resolution is adopted, a copy of the resolution currently in effect shall be attached to this chapter and shall be incorporated herein by reference.[1] This section shall not apply to persons who have valid Pennsylvania fishing licenses and who are lawfully engaged in fishing along the Bushkill Creek in the park area known as Lion's Park, or along the portion of Gollub Park along the Delaware River.

Every person that fails to comply with the requirements of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a summary offense and be liable for a fine of no less than $25 and no greater than $300. For the purpose of this chapter, each violation shall constitute a separate offense.
