No person shall sleep on any beach, as defined
herein, between the hours of sunset and sunrise.
No person shall erect or maintain a shelter
or tent or camp upon any beach with either a sleeping bag, similar
cover or other related equipment for purposes of camping.

Any violation of this article shall be deemed
to be an offense punishable by a fine not to exceed $250 or 10 days'
imprisonment for each such offense, or both.
