As used in this section, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
BARBECUEA permanent structure made of brick or other decorative nonflammable material, which is constructed for the sole purpose of food preparation.
CONTAINERAny device not designed for the sole use of food preparation.
GRILLA cooking utensil designed only for food preparation where the food is cooked through exposure to heat.
OUTDOOR FIREPLACEA commercial or decorative device utilized to contain small fires for entertainment or warmth.
ROTISSERIEAn appliance designed only for food preparation on which food is rotated by or over a source of heat.
UNDERGROUND PITAny hole, shaft or cavity in or on the ground utilized for burning.
