The office of Tax Collector and/or Receiver
of Taxes in the Town of Marlborough, Ulster County, New York, shall
be abolished following expiration of the present term of office in
November 1967, and thereafter the duties of the Tax Collector and/or
Receiver of Taxes shall be assumed by the office of the Town Clerk
in accordance with and as required by § 36, Subdivision
1, of the Town Law of the State of New York.
