[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Northport 10-4-1966 by L.L. No. 3-1966 as Ch. 34 of the 1966 Code. Amendments noted where applicable.]
GENERAL REFERENCES
Zoning — See Ch. 306.
No repair work shall be performed out of doors, except that this shall not apply to establishments operating at the time of the adoption of this chapter, but there shall be no extension or enlargements thereof.
All automobile parts, dismantled vehicles and similar articles shall be stored within the principal building.
Where a gas pump or pumps at the curb shall be discontinued for any reason other than temporarily for repair, such pump shall not thereafter be reestablished or open for the sale or distribution of gasoline.

Each violation of this chapter or of any regulation, order or rule promulgated thereunder shall be punishable by a fine of not exceeding $250 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 15 days, or both such fine and imprisonment, for each offense, and each day a violation continues shall be a separate offense. Further, the village may also enforce obedience to this chapter by injunction or any other available remedy.
