The following public improvements will be required and bonded if applicable:
(1)
Street pavement.
(2)
Curbs.
(3)
Sidewalks.
(4)
Storm drainage facilities, including landscaping and fencing of recharge basins.
(5)
Street signs to conform to existing Town standards.
(6)
Street trees.
(7)
Bulkheading where necessary and subject to special regulations and controls.
(8)
Water mains, unless constructed by a public authority.
(9)
Fire wells or cisterns with a fire pump capacity of at least 500 gallons per minute.

B.
The following public utilities will be required but not bonded by the Town. Assurance of construction from the appropriate private company or public agency must be supplied to the Planning Board by the subdivider.
(1)
Fire hydrants as specified by the Fire Commissioners (only when water mains are to be installed).
(2)
Sewage disposal facilities when specified by appropriate agencies.
(3)
Underground electric, telephone and television cables. The Planning Board shall forward one copy of the preliminary plat to the cable television franchise prior to approval of said plat, and the Planning Board shall also notify the cable television franchise of the approval of the final plat (conditional or otherwise).

C.
Public improvements for which the subdivider has been bonded shall be constructed in accordance with Article X, Design Standards, and with the construction specifications for subdivisions as adopted by the Town Board. Said specifications shall be drawn up by the Town Engineer, and the Town Engineer and/or Superintendent of Highways shall be the enforcement officer thereof.
D.
Fire wells shall be installed according to the specifications of the respective fire district, such specifications to be on file at the office of the Planning Board. Upon completion of the installations, the subdivider shall contact the fire district so that a representative of the district may arrange any appropriate tests of the well before acceptance.
