§ 284-1 Triple tractor-trailers prohibited.

Triple tractor-trailers are hereby prohibited within the City of Passaic. No such vehicle may be operated, parked or stored within the geographical limits of the City of Passaic.

§ 284-2 Violations and penalties.

Any person, firm or entity violating the provisions of the preceding sentence shall be subject to the general penalty provision in the Code of the City of Passaic.[1]
