§ 56-1 Modification of form of referendum question.

Pursuant to Chapter 8, Section 9, of the Town Charter,[1] the form of the referendum questions to be utilized when the annual budget is removed for submission to the voters in a referendum is modified as follows:

I approve the General Government Budget as presented.

I reject the General Government Budget as presented.

I approve the Board of Education Budget as presented.

I reject the Board of Education Budget as presented.
