Pursuant to RSA 47:17 XVII, the following Nashua Housing Authority properties, designated by Assessor's Map and lot numbers, and within 1,000 feet of said Nashua Housing Authority properties, are established as drug-free zones. Any person who violates RSA 318-B, the Controlled Drug Act, within these drug-free zones, shall be subject to severe criminal penalties under RSA 318-B and a penalty of up to $1,000 under RSA 47:17 XVII.
