Township of Colts Neck, NJ Chapter 258 Sewage Disposal Systems

§ 258-1 Adoption of standards.

The Standards for Individual Subsurface Sewage Disposal Systems (N.J.A.C. 7:9A-1 et seq.) is hereby adopted by reference.

§ 258-2 Fees.

The following fee schedule shall be in effect in the Township of Colts Neck:

A. Witness of subdivision perc test and/or soil logs: $100 per lot.

B. Septic system application, new construction: $400 each.

C. Septic system application, alteration: $250 each.

D. Septic system applications, repair: $125 each.

§ 258-3 Violations and penalties.

Unless otherwise specified herein, for a violation of any provision of this chapter, the maximum penalty, upon conviction thereof, shall be a fine not exceeding $1,000, or imprisonment for up to 90 days, or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or any combination thereof.
